Words for Wellness: Methods of Journaling

Journaling is an excellent tool for reflection, emotional regulation, and maintaining emotional wellness. Whether you journal regularly or have not yet discovered a method that suits you, we invite you to join us for an overview of various journaling techniques! If you're interested in journaling starter kits, the B-Healthy: Healthy Campus Initiative will be offering supply pick-ups both before and after the event.
