In the second year, Associates focus on the discipline they accepted an offer for. Examples of disciplines include: Design (Architecture, Civil/Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural/Geotechnical, and Traffic); Construction Management; Materials; Operations; Project Delivery; Quality Assurance; and Enterprise Asset Management.
Employment Type:ÌýThis is a full-time, permanent position which includes a yearly salary and benefits. After successful completion of the program, Associates remain permanent employees at Port Authority. As of 2025, there are close to 200 program alumni working at the agency.
Eligibility: Engineering and Architecture students who are receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree between September 2025 and May 2026.
